Key Responsibilities

• Develop and plan compelling video content for YouTube.
• Investigate trending subjects and generate innovative content ideas.
• Write detailed scripts and organize video production sessions.
• Record and skillfully edit quality video material.
• Create appealing thumbnails and optimize titles, descriptions, and tags for videos.
• Manage the upload and organization of videos on the YouTube channel.
• Use YouTube Analytics to track channel performance and viewer engagement.
• Work in collaboration with marketing and design teams to implement content plans.
• Keep abreast of evolving YouTube trends and changes in algorithms.

Candidate Requirements

• Prior experience in YouTube content creation or video production is advantageous.
• Skilled in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, VN, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Familiarity with YouTube SEO techniques and analytical tools.
• Excellent communication, creativity, and storytelling abilities.
