Role Summary
We are looking for a Creative and Strategic Social Media Manager who understands digital trends and audience engagement, to help grow our online presence and foster a genuine community connection around our brand.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement social media strategies to boost brand recognition and engagement.
- Plan and oversee content calendars for platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others.
- Produce captivating reels, posts, stories, carousels, and campaign materials.
- Craft compelling captions, hooks, and brand storytelling narratives.
- Spot emerging trends, viral content formats, and fresh content opportunities early.
- Transform trending concepts into content that aligns with the brand identity.
- Handle daily social media operations including publishing, scheduling, and interacting with the community.
- Respond to audience comments and messages to nurture meaningful relationships.
- Collaborate with creators, influencers, designers, and marketing teams for cohesive campaigns.
- Develop and execute influencer partnerships and social media campaigns.
- Monitor competitor activities, stay ahead of industry trends, and analyze audience insights.
- Track analytics to assess performance and refine content strategies accordingly.
- Support paid social media campaigns via Meta Ads and aid in performance tracking.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- In-depth understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and social media algorithms.
- Keen eye for aesthetics, branding consistency, and storytelling techniques.
- Ability to conceive creative, relatable, and shareable content ideas.
- Strong copywriting expertise with an emphasis on engaging captions.
- Up-to-date knowledge of trends, digital culture, and evolving audience behaviors.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Balanced approach to creativity and data-driven decision-making.
- Familiarity with tools such as Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, and basic editing software.
