Role Overview

As a Social Media Manager, you will work closely with the agency’s other disciplines to create and run social media campaigns from concept through reporting. The role calls for a strong sense of trends, memes, and cultural moments, with the ability to turn them into content that can resonate widely for client brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients strategically and develop creative social media campaigns with a balanced focus on imagination and analysis.
• Create platform-appropriate content across posts, stories, videos, and memes while maintaining the right tone for target audiences.
• Collaborate closely with concept and copy, art direction, content production, and performance marketing teams, contributing original ideas throughout the process.
• Spot emerging trends and technologies early so the team and clients stay ahead of the curve.
• Own campaign execution through to reporting and performance review.

Experience and Profile

• At least 2–3 years of experience in social media, ideally gained in an agency or with a brand.
• Heavy daily use of social platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, and similar apps.
• Interest in the beauty, lifestyle, and fashion space, along with a solid understanding of markets and brands.
• Independent working style, confident client management, strong commitment, and a collaborative mindset.
• A good eye for aesthetics and design, plus a sense of humor and a feel for internet and pop culture.
• Motivation to thrive in a creative, fast-moving environment and help take the agency and its clients to the next level.
