About the Role
Holand Automotive Group is looking for a highly creative, meticulous, and brand-focused Social Media & Digital Brand Manager to own the online presence of three iconic automotive names: Ferrari Quebec, Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Quebec, and Maserati Montreal.
This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys luxury branding, content production, visual storytelling, and social media planning, and who can move comfortably between the distinct identities of Ferrari, Rolls-Royce, and Maserati.
Core Responsibilities
You will handle the daily social media operations for all three dealerships, while keeping each brand’s digital presence polished, consistent, and engaging.
- Plan, schedule, publish, and oversee content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and newer social platforms.
- Build and update monthly content calendars that reflect launches, campaigns, events, partnerships, and seasonal initiatives.
- Monitor audience interactions, including comments, messages, and community engagement.
- Review performance data such as growth, reach, and campaign results.
- Capture premium photo and video assets across all dealerships.
- Edit reels, stories, short-form videos, photographs, and lifestyle content.
- Cover vehicle arrivals, client handovers, events, rallies, luxury activations, partnerships, and other exclusive experiences.
- Maintain a refined visual style that fits each manufacturer’s brand identity.
- Ensure all digital communications meet OEM standards and manufacturer guidelines.
- Check content for accuracy, consistency, quality, and brand fit before it is published.
- Coordinate with manufacturer marketing teams and outside creative partners when needed.
- Oversee website content and compliance for all three dealerships.
- Keep images, promotions, vehicle details, and messaging up to date and aligned with manufacturer requirements.
- Spot and correct outdated or non-compliant content.
- Partner with internal teams and external vendors to maintain a premium digital experience.
- Prepare monthly performance reports and KPI summaries.
- Analyze engagement, impressions, traffic, reach, and audience behavior.
- Recommend strategies to improve visibility and audience growth.
Qualifications
The role calls for at least 3 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, content creation, or brand marketing.
- Strong hands-on skills in photography, videography, and content editing.
- Ability to use Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, or comparable creative tools.
- Excellent written and spoken communication abilities in both English and French.
- Solid understanding of luxury branding, storytelling, and current social media trends.
- Very strong organizational skills and a sharp eye for detail.
- Experience in automotive, luxury, lifestyle, hospitality, or premium brands is a significant advantage.
