Role Overview
This full-time Social Media Manager position is based in Accra and follows a hybrid working model. The role centers on building brand visibility and audience engagement through thoughtful planning, creation, and distribution of content across social channels.
What You Will Do
You will oversee the social presence of the company by maintaining content calendars, crafting and refining posts, and coordinating visual assets. The role also includes keeping an eye on comments, direct messages, and emerging trends, while using performance data to improve future content and campaign decisions.
You will work closely with marketing and product teams to support campaigns and important initiatives. Staying updated on platform changes, best practices, and content trends will be an important part of ensuring the brand remains current and effective online.
Skills and Qualifications
Applicants should bring strong knowledge of social media marketing and optimization, along with the ability to shape content strategy and write clearly for different platforms. Good communication skills, both written and verbal, are important, as is the ability to interpret basic analytics and work with performance data.
Comfort managing several platforms and campaigns at once will be useful. Experience in marketing, communications, or a similar area is preferred but not mandatory.
