Your Mission

As our Social Media Manager, you will be pivotal in making our brands visible, compelling, and unmistakable. Social media is more than just a channel for you—it is your arena where you think in storylines, trends, hooks, emotions, and performance. Your role is to build reach, narrate brand stories, and create desire for our products.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine our social media strategy across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Meta, Pinterest, and YouTube.
• Create content strategies, storyboards, and series formats.
• Oversee and produce diverse content such as photos, videos, reels, hooks, and trend-based materials.
• Manage community engagement and collaborate closely with creators and influencers.
• Conduct analysis and performance tracking to understand what drives success.
• Establish and cultivate a creator network alongside influencer partnerships.
• Design and execute campaigns for new collections, such as "Looks by Wolfgang Joop."
• Work closely with design, marketing, and e-commerce teams for integrated efforts.

Required Qualifications

• Exceptional familiarity and passion for social media as your second nature.
• Ability to foresee trends ahead of their mainstream emergence.
• A mindset attuned to aesthetics, capturing attention, and understanding algorithms.
• Strong copywriting skills that are concise, impactful, and emotionally engaging.
• Proficiency in video production without difficulty.
• A proactive ownership mentality rather than merely ticking off task lists.
