About the role
In this position, you will shape and run the company’s social media presence with a strong focus on automotive and two-wheeler content. The role combines hands-on content creation, channel management, paid social, reporting, and close coordination with internal teams and external partners.
What you will do
- Plan, create, and independently produce photo and video content for automotive and two-wheeler topics.
- Develop reels, stories, short-form videos, and static posts for the relevant social platforms.
- Take vehicle and product photos at company locations, events, and off-site appointments.
- Edit footage and images using standard professional tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, and Photoshop.
- Design content ideas that clearly express the brand identity and local connection.
- Create and maintain a cross-channel editorial calendar for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Develop content concepts for campaigns, promotions, and related marketing actions.
- Monitor the market, competitors, and social media trends.
- Work closely with the marketing leadership and management on topic planning, tone of voice, and budget limits.
- Manage the company profiles on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn independently.
- Handle community management by replying to comments and direct messages and engaging with followers.
- Coordinate with branches and specialist departments to ensure aligned content and communication.
- Maintain a consistent brand presence across all channels.
- Plan, create, and manage paid campaigns in the Meta Ads Manager for Facebook and Instagram.
- Define target groups, run A/B tests, and continuously improve active campaigns.
- Evaluate campaign data and turn findings into practical recommendations.
- Track budgets and report results to the marketing leadership.
- Review organic and paid performance regularly across all platforms.
- Prepare reports on reach, engagement, leads, and conversions.
- Derive optimization measures from data and platform insights.
- Work closely with the marketing team, branch managers, and external service providers.
- Coordinate shooting schedules with vehicles, employees, and outside locations.
- Support general marketing tasks.
- Assist with broader marketing projects such as trade fairs, events, and campaigns.
- Help organize, execute, and support events on site.
- May also contribute to print materials and offline marketing assets when needed.
What you bring
- You have completed training or a degree in marketing, media design, or communications.
- You bring proven experience in social media management, ideally in retail, automotive, or lifestyle settings.
- You are confident handling photo and video equipment.
- You work securely with the Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Premiere, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- You have solid experience with the Meta Ads Manager.
- You understand social media algorithms, platform mechanics, and content performance.
- You are creative and have a strong eye for visual quality and brand impact.
- You work independently, in a structured way, and hold yourself to high standards.
- You communicate well and enjoy working with a variety of contacts.
- You are interested in mobility, vehicles, and the regional business environment.
- You are willing to travel for external appointments, photo shoots, video shoots, and events.
