We seek a creative and result-oriented Social Media Marketing Executive to enhance our digital footprint and boost brand recognition.
Job Overview
The ideal candidate will possess practical experience in social media management, content development, organic marketing, and digital advertising including Meta Ads and Google Ads (SEM). Responsibilities encompass planning and implementing digital marketing strategies, creating captivating content, growing follower base and engagement, and generating quality leads via social media channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and expand Le Intelligensia’s presence on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Develop, schedule, and publish diverse content forms such as posts, reels, videos, and carousels.
- Design and execute organic and paid social media advertising campaigns.
- Manage and optimize Meta and Google Ads campaigns to increase brand visibility and lead generation.
- Drive growth in follower counts, engagement rates, website visits, and high-quality inquiries.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor moves, and new social media functionality.
- Utilize analytics tools including Google Analytics and Meta Insights to monitor campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to produce premium marketing collateral.
- Generate weekly and monthly analytical reports with strategic recommendations.
Qualifications and Requirements
- 1 to 4 years of experience in Social Media Marketing or SEM.
- Practical expertise with Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Canva, and Meta Business Suite.
- Strong grasp of content marketing techniques, audience engagement approaches, and social media protocols.
- Excellent communication, proficient copywriting, and innovative thinking abilities.
- Capability to juggle multiple campaigns and adhere to timelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or equivalent educational background.
- Preferred proficiency in English and Tamil languages.
