About the Role
OKAK Production is looking for a Social Media Manager to handle client accounts and also grow the agency’s own online presence. The company is a social media content agency working with coaching and personal brand clients in the US and UK, and the team produces 20+ videos each day.
Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of client social media accounts, including posting, writing captions, scheduling content, and optimizing publishing workflows.
- Plan and publish content for OKAK Production’s own social channels to support brand visibility and lead generation.
- Build and manage Meta ad campaigns using Ads Manager.
- Monitor account performance and contribute to weekly and monthly reporting for clients.
Requirements
- Strong practical knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, including campaign creation, audience targeting, and budget handling.
- Comfort using AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude for captions and content production.
- Basic After Effects ability to create motion graphics and agency content.
- Clear, engaging communication style and an active presence on social media.
- Excellent written English for captions, replies, and community engagement.
- Strong organization skills with the ability to manage several accounts at once.
Location and Work Details
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaydev Vihar, Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India.
Compensation
The salary offered is ₹25,000 per month.
