We guide product managers at small to medium apparel companies through the complex web of chemical, safety, environmental, labeling, and import rules to ensure compliance and avoid fines or product setbacks.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced social media and content marketing professional who excels in video editing and graphic design to manage and grow our comprehensive content strategy. This is a remote, full-time position, offering an annual salary between £30,000 and £40,000 depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough research on compliance news, regulations, and industry trends leveraging customer feedback and expert insights.
• Develop and manage a 12-month calendar for webinars and related content.
• Coordinate all webinar aspects including scheduling, presenter management, script and slide creation, hosting, moderation, and rehearsals.
• Use platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Riverside, and Livestorm to host events; prepare promotional materials including landing pages and email/SMS reminders.
• Transform webinar content into multiple formats: blog posts, newsletters, short-form social media videos, guides, checklists, infographics, and lead magnets.
• Manage regular social media activities on LinkedIn and Instagram including daily content scheduling and profile upkeep.
• Oversee the Resources section of the website; organize educational content and compliance glossary expansions.
• Create and finalize customer case studies through interviews and content drafting.

Measurement Criteria

• Quality of webinars based on attendee feedback regarding usefulness.
• Number of leads generated from downloadable content resources.

Candidate Profile

Soft Skills: Exceptionally organized with effective note-taking and task management; confident in public speaking and hosting; quick learner of new technologies and AI tools; creatively driven to produce engaging content.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in video editing tools such as CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro; skilled in Canva for creating polished visual assets; strong copywriting capabilities for clear and compelling communication.

Work Logistics

• Requires occasional evening availability (7-8pm UK time) for webinars catering to US clients.
• Some flexibility for remote work is offered.
