Job Overview

We are seeking a bilingual content creator and social media manager based in Dubai who excels at crafting compelling stories and engaging digital content in both Arabic and English. This role emphasizes transforming ideas into captivating posts and managing dynamic campaigns across various platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement innovative social media strategies across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
• Produce and publish daily multimedia content such as reels, carousels, stories, and captions in Arabic and English languages.
• Oversee content scheduling, monitor audience engagement, and analyze growth metrics to optimize performance.
• Keep abreast of the latest trends, popular content formats, and platform updates to ensure content remains current and appealing.

Requirements

• Proficient in writing and speaking both Arabic and English fluently — a mandatory criterion.
• Strong creative aptitude with a deep understanding of narrative techniques and maintaining consistent brand tone.
• Experience managing content for multiple brands or accounts across different sectors.
• Ability to coordinate and direct photo/video shoots and collaborate effectively with videographers and designers.

Additional Qualifications (Preferred)

• Background in agency work is advantageous.
• Familiarity with basic video or graphic editing tools such as CapCut, Canva, or Adobe Suite.
• Excellent copywriting and skills in community engagement are valued.
