About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager combined with Client Relationship Manager to join Target Digital Network at Srinagar Colony, Hyderabad. This full-time role is office-based with working days from Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. The successful candidate will independently handle multiple client accounts, coordinate internal creative teams, and cultivate strong client relationships.
Primary Responsibilities
- Administer social media profiles for several clients with a focus on Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Develop monthly content calendars and strategize social media content plans.
- Collaborate with creative teams including graphic designers, video editors, content writers, anchors, and shoot teams to produce reels, creatives, and posts.
- Maintain consistent communication with clients via WhatsApp, calls, and meetings to understand requirements and transform them into actionable tasks for the internal team.
- Obtain content approvals, follow up on pending deliverables, and ensure timely posting of all social media content.
- Recommend trending reel ideas, innovative content concepts, and social media strategies to boost engagement.
- Monitor basic performance analytics of client social media profiles and produce weekly/monthly update reports.
- Address client feedback, manage corrections, and enhance client satisfaction through professional handling.
- Effectively manage multiple client accounts simultaneously without missing deadlines.
- Reduce communication gaps between clients and creative teams to streamline project delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Demonstrable knowledge of social media management.
- Strong client handling and communication proficiency.
- Expertise in Instagram and Reels strategy.
- Capability in content planning and managing content calendars.
- Awareness of current social media trends and basic analytics.
- Good team coordination skills with multitasking and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in English communication; Telugu language skills are a considerable advantage.
- Confidence in managing client calls and meetings independently.

Terms & Conditions
- Salary range: INR 15,000 to 20,000 per month depending on experience and skills.
- Immediate or within 7 days joining is preferred.
- Work location strictly at Srinagar Colony, Hyderabad office.
- Working days: Monday through Saturday.
- Working hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
