Social Media Manager

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Social Media Manager (m/f/d) to join our team on either a full-time or part-time basis. The role focuses on managing social media channels, developing community engagement, and enhancing reach for three organizational entities.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage social media accounts for three corporate entities.
• Build and maintain a strong, engaged community while growing followers and reach.
• Collaborate on sustainable communication strategies, develop audience-focused editorial plans, and implement communication activities incorporating corporate content.
• Plan, produce, and coordinate tailored social media posts and campaign activities in cooperation with the marketing leadership.
• Create, launch, and monitor social media advertising campaigns.
• Measure effectiveness of content placements utilizing web analytics tools and derive actionable recommendations.
• Observe, analyze, and report campaign results to refine future concepts.
• Continuously monitor market trends and competitors to drive optimization.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Completed degree in Business Administration, Communications, Media Studies, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of proven professional experience in social media management.
• Demonstrated success in community engagement and audience growth.
• Comprehensive technical knowledge of social media tools and platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Strong editorial skills.
• Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.
• High motivation, resilience, reliability, and a positive attitude.
