Job description

Role overview

This opportunity is being shared on behalf of a partner employer, which will handle applications and the next stages of the process. The hiring company is seeking a Social Media Lead in the United States to steer social growth for creators in fitness, wellness, and lifestyle.

The role blends creative direction with performance analysis to build repeatable frameworks that help creators expand reach and improve monetization. You’ll work in a fast-moving remote setup, keep track of platform shifts and algorithm changes, and turn those insights into practical guidance. In partnership with creator managers, you’ll help shape content decisions, support both organic and paid social efforts, and develop systems enhanced by AI to improve how strategic advice is delivered at scale.

Key accountabilities

  • Own the planning and rollout of social strategies that improve audience growth, engagement, and commercial outcomes across a group of top creators.
  • Design tailored organic social plans for each creator based on their audience and content style.
  • Stay current on trends, algorithm updates, and new features on Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
  • Review performance data regularly, surface growth opportunities, and translate findings into clear action points.
  • Develop repeatable assets such as playbooks, launch kits, posting structures, and content templates to make execution easier.
  • Produce learning resources, including newsletters, webinars, and training materials, for creators and internal stakeholders.
  • Guide creative direction that supports both organic reach and paid social performance.
  • Coach creators and manager teams on editing, content refinement, retention, and storytelling methods.
  • Measure social growth across key accounts and recommend data-backed improvements to raise performance.

Requirements

  • Solid background building effective social media strategies for creators, brands, or digital talent.
  • Strong working knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and platform best practices, including how algorithms evolve.
  • Comfort with analytics, metric interpretation, and turning numbers into practical recommendations.
  • Clear communicator who can simplify complex strategies into actionable guides, frameworks, and training content.
  • Experience contributing to both organic growth and paid creative strategy.
  • Good understanding of content production, editing processes, engagement tactics, and retention techniques.
  • Ability to work with creators in fitness, wellness, lifestyle, or similar verticals.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and interest in using automation to scale social strategy is a plus.
  • Self-directed, collaborative, and effective in a remote, fast-paced environment.

Benefits

  • Fully remote role within the United States.
  • Chance to collaborate with high-profile creators and fast-growing digital brands.
  • High-impact position with strong ownership and strategic influence.
  • Supportive, collaborative, and innovative remote culture.
  • Opportunity to design scalable systems and AI-driven content infrastructure.
  • Professional development within a rapidly expanding creator-focused business.
  • Full-time position with competitive pay.

Application and processing details

Applications are handled by the partner company rather than directly by the listing platform. A matching process supported by AI is used to review applications against the role’s core requirements, shortlist suitable candidates, and forward them to the hiring employer. Interviews, assessments, and final hiring decisions are managed by the employer’s internal team.

Privacy and data handling

By applying, you consent to the processing of your personal data for candidacy evaluation and for sharing relevant information with the employer, in line with applicable data protection laws such as GDPR. You may request access, correction, deletion, or objection to processing at any time.

AI tools may also be used to assist with parts of the hiring workflow, such as resume review, response analysis, and identifying inconsistencies or verification signals. These tools support the recruitment team but do not replace human judgment, and the final hiring decision is made by people.
