Overview
DigiStream Investigations, a rapidly expanding national private investigation company, is looking for a resourceful Social Media Investigator to join their team based in Tempe, Arizona. This in-office role involves detailed social media and background research to support inquiries into potential fraudulent claims related to Worker’s Compensation and Liability.
Key Responsibilities
- Compile comprehensive reports based on background and social media findings.
- Collaborate with colleagues on intricate cases to resolve identity verifications via social media platforms or databases.
- Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with team members and clients regarding workflows, opportunities, or challenges.
- Produce approximately 1.5 core social media investigation reports per full working day.
- Analyze vast amounts of information from online profiles, forms, and articles, and integrate these insights into investigations.
- Manage multiple research tasks simultaneously while preserving quality and timely completion.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all subjects investigated.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in fields such as Criminal Justice, Psychology, History, Political Science, or other majors with strong writing emphasis is mandatory.
- Exceptional skill in internet searching with an ability to locate elusive information effectively.
- Capability to interpret legal and insurance-related instructions presented in diverse formats including written documents, oral briefings, diagrams, or schedules.
- Proficient experience and advanced understanding of multiple social media platforms.
- Fast learner with the ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
- Must be capable of commuting to the Westminster Office five days a week; hybrid working may be available post 90-day probation.
Working Hours & Schedule
- Full-time employment, 40 hours per week.
- Monday through Friday, working onsite from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
- Potential for hybrid schedule after successful completion of a 90-day probation period.
