Job description

Role overview

De’Longhi Group is looking for a Social Media & Influencer Lead to steer the digital presence of its brands — De’Longhi, Kenwood and Braun — from its Farringdon, London social media hub. This is a fixed-term role for 12 months to cover maternity leave, with a competitive salary and a strong benefits package.

The role is focused on building and executing a joined-up social and influencer strategy that supports brand growth, consumer engagement, customer acquisition and first-party data growth across global markets.

Key responsibilities

  • Create, refine and roll out the end-to-end social media and influencer strategy for the brand portfolio.
  • Oversee the development of content and copy for direct-to-consumer channels such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and TikTok Shop.
  • Find, approach and manage influencer partnerships that strengthen brand awareness, consideration and trust.
  • Plan campaigns that support wider growth objectives, working closely with the e-commerce team on engagement, acquisition and data capture.
  • Direct agency partners and coordinate support for the wider global marketing organisation to ensure high-quality delivery.

Requirements

  • Proven hands-on experience in social media, with the ability to demonstrate real delivery in the field.
  • Strong grasp of major digital platforms, along with current content marketing tools, trends and technologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the adaptability to shape messaging for different audiences.
  • Comfort with data analysis, including forecasting customer acquisition outcomes and return on investment.
  • Confidence working in pressured environments, managing budgets carefully and motivating others.
  • Highly organised, proactive and collaborative working style.

Additional information

This position is based in Farringdon, London. The working model is flexible hybrid, typically three days in the office and two days from home. Regular travel to Italy is required, and there may also be occasional travel to other international locations.

The closing date for applications is 13 July 2026.

Benefits

  • Competitive performance-incentivised salary
  • Employer pension contributions
  • 26 days of annual leave plus bank holidays
  • Flexible benefits offering
  • Access to wellbeing activities and events
