About the Role

A leading advertising agency in Dubai is hiring a Social Media Executive through Whizz HR. The role focuses on managing a brand’s social channels, shaping content, and supporting campaign execution across multiple platforms.

Core Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations for social channels such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
  • Plan, write, schedule, and post content that fits the brand’s tone and guidelines.
  • Work closely with designers, video editors, and content specialists to produce campaign assets.
  • Build monthly content calendars and campaign rollout plans.
  • Keep track of social trends, competitor activity, and updates within the industry.
  • Handle community interactions by replying to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely manner.
  • Support influencer partnerships and collaboration-based campaigns.
  • Measure performance, prepare reports, and review key social media metrics.
  • Refine content using audience behavior, reach, and engagement data.
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of paid social campaigns.
  • Make sure social media creatives and campaign materials are delivered on time.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice across every platform.

Requirements

  • Strong working knowledge of major social media platforms and current best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with social media management and analytics tools.
  • Basic familiarity with paid social advertising.
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication ability.
  • Understanding of digital marketing and content marketing fundamentals.
  • Capability to manage several tasks and deadlines at once.
  • Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data.
  • Creative thinking with a sharp eye for detail.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Advertising, or a related discipline.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in social media management, ideally within a digital marketing or advertising agency.
