About the Role
A leading advertising agency in Dubai is hiring a Social Media Executive through Whizz HR. The role focuses on managing a brand’s social channels, shaping content, and supporting campaign execution across multiple platforms.
Core Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations for social channels such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan, write, schedule, and post content that fits the brand’s tone and guidelines.
- Work closely with designers, video editors, and content specialists to produce campaign assets.
- Build monthly content calendars and campaign rollout plans.
- Keep track of social trends, competitor activity, and updates within the industry.
- Handle community interactions by replying to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely manner.
- Support influencer partnerships and collaboration-based campaigns.
- Measure performance, prepare reports, and review key social media metrics.
- Refine content using audience behavior, reach, and engagement data.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of paid social campaigns.
- Make sure social media creatives and campaign materials are delivered on time.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across every platform.
Requirements
- Strong working knowledge of major social media platforms and current best practices.
- Hands-on experience with social media management and analytics tools.
- Basic familiarity with paid social advertising.
- Strong writing, editing, and communication ability.
- Understanding of digital marketing and content marketing fundamentals.
- Capability to manage several tasks and deadlines at once.
- Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data.
- Creative thinking with a sharp eye for detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Advertising, or a related discipline.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in social media management, ideally within a digital marketing or advertising agency.
