Role overview
We are looking for a driven Software Sales Executive in Dubai who can generate revenue through consultative selling, manage client relationships, and promote IT solutions effectively. The role suits someone with a solid background in technology sales and a strong interest in software and related IT offerings.
Key responsibilities
- Identify fresh business opportunities using networking, cold outreach, and market analysis.
- Develop and nurture client relationships by understanding business needs and recommending suitable IT solutions.
- Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers, clearly showing the value of the solutions offered.
- Handle negotiations on pricing, contractual terms, and deal closure while keeping customer satisfaction in focus.
- Track market movement, competitor offerings, and new technologies to position products effectively.
- Coordinate with technical teams so that proposed solutions align with client expectations and requirements.
- Record sales activity, customer interactions, and forecasting details accurately in CRM tools.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a closely related area is preferred.
- Applicants should bring proven IT sales experience and a history of achieving or surpassing sales goals.
- Good knowledge of IT offerings such as software, hardware, and cloud-based services is important.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to connect well with people, are required.
- The candidate should be comfortable working on their own as well as collaborating within a team.
- Negotiation ability and practical problem-solving skills are essential.
- Experience using CRM platforms and Microsoft Office tools is expected.
