Job description
Overview
We are looking for a Social Media & Community Executive to join a fast-growing wellness and beauty brand’s marketing team. The business is focused on helping people feel better inside and out, and has already built a strong, engaged audience across social channels.
In this role, you will work alongside the Social Media Manager and the wider marketing team to help shape the brand’s presence online and strengthen its community as it continues to grow.
What you’ll do
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms.
- Help with the planning, shooting, and editing of short-form video content such as Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts.
- Handle daily community interactions and build genuine connections with the audience.
- Keep up with emerging trends, platform changes, and viral content opportunities.
- Support campaigns, product launches, shoots, and broader brand storytelling work.
- Review performance data and bring forward ideas to improve reach, engagement, and growth.
- Work with the wider marketing team on creative ideas and social media activations.
What we’re looking for
- 1–2 years of experience in social media, content, or community-led roles.
- A strong grasp of TikTok, Instagram, and current short-form content trends.
- Hands-on experience producing mobile-first content, including filming and editing.
- Comfort using tools such as Canva, CapCut, and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong written communication and copywriting abilities.
- A creative mindset and an understanding of what performs well on social platforms.
- Interest in beauty, wellness, lifestyle, or digital culture.
Why this role could be a great fit
This opportunity is well suited to someone who is naturally social-first, creatively driven, and excited by the chance to help define the voice and community of a rapidly expanding lifestyle brand. If you enjoy creating content, spotting trends early, and building online communities while supporting campaigns, this could be a strong next step in your career.
