Role purpose
This position is responsible for planning and delivering social media and digital marketing activities that build brand visibility, improve audience engagement, and contribute to growth objectives. The role involves producing engaging content, managing social channels, improving campaign outcomes, and maintaining a consistent brand presence across digital platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Build and execute social media plans across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), TikTok, and YouTube.
- Develop, schedule, and post content that supports brand standards, marketing priorities, and campaign objectives.
- Handle daily social media operations, engage with audiences, respond to questions, and help grow the online community.
- Work with writers, designers, and internal teams to create digital assets such as graphics, videos, and promotional content.
- Plan and run digital campaigns for product launches, brand awareness, events, and lead generation.
- Maintain editorial calendars to keep content delivery timely and consistent.
- Measure and report on social media and campaign results using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Analytics.
- Monitor performance indicators like engagement, reach, impressions, click-through rates, conversions, and follower growth.
- Use data insights to improve content quality and campaign performance.
- Support related marketing work such as email campaigns, employer branding, events, and cross-channel initiatives.
- Coordinate with agencies, influencers, media partners, and vendors to deliver marketing activities.
- Make sure all communication follows brand guidelines, copyright requirements, and digital marketing best practices.
- Keep track of new platform updates, social media trends, and digital marketing developments.
Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, communications, or a similar field.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business Administration, or another related area.
- Good knowledge of major social platforms, content trends, and engagement tactics.
- Experience managing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns.
- Comfort using social media scheduling, management, and analytics tools.
- Strong writing, content creation, copywriting, and storytelling ability.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- A creative approach to producing content that captures attention and drives impact.
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to read performance data and turn it into action.
- Ability to juggle several projects at once while meeting deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
- Working knowledge of SEO, paid social advertising, influencer marketing, and campaign optimization will be an advantage.
- Highly organised, proactive, collaborative, and detail-oriented.
- Professional certification in Digital Marketing or Social Media Marketing is a plus.
