Job description
Role Overview
This is a part-time social media engagement role, scheduled for three days per week, supporting the Hollywood Authentic and Greg Williams brands. The position focuses on building visibility, strengthening community interaction, and improving audience engagement across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn. The work includes shaping content approaches, creating and scheduling posts, managing campaigns, and reviewing performance to improve engagement and return on investment.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day community interactions by replying to comments, direct messages, and mentions in a way that strengthens loyalty for both Greg Williams and Hollywood Authentic.
- Plan, create, and schedule platform-specific content, including video, text, and imagery, for both brands.
- Monitor social conversations and audience trends, using tools such as Emplify to measure engagement and produce ROI-related reporting.
- Handle social channels as a customer support touchpoint by responding to questions, feedback, and concerns.
- Run promotional campaigns that support launches, campaigns, and social-value initiatives.
Requirements
- Strong working knowledge of major social platforms, especially TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
- Ability to understand and communicate in the brand voice of Greg Williams and Hollywood Authentic.
- Comfort with analytics tools and data interpretation, including Google Analytics and social media management platforms.
- Creative thinking, strong copywriting ability, and a good eye for visual presentation.
- Prior experience in social media or marketing is required.
Additional Information
The role is based remotely and is open to candidates in the UK. There is potential for the position to grow into a full-time opportunity. The offered salary is £24,000 per year.
