Role overview
Oldwalls Collection is seeking a creative, well-organised and commercially minded Social Media & Digital Executive to help drive visibility and growth across its luxury wedding venue brands, including Fairyhill and Sant Ffraed House.
This position suits someone with a strong sense for content, an interest in social and digital trends, and a desire to build their skills in a dynamic luxury hospitality and events setting.
What you will do
- Help plan, produce and deliver engaging digital content for social media, email campaigns and paid channels.
- Work alongside commercial and creative colleagues to showcase campaigns, events and weddings online.
- Manage day-to-day activity across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest and LinkedIn.
- Capture and create content during weddings, showcases, events and venue activity.
- Edit short-form videos for Reels and TikTok.
- Schedule and publish content across multiple platforms.
- Support paid Meta campaigns and other digital advertising activity.
- Track engagement, trends and competitor activity.
- Assist with email marketing and website content changes.
- Contribute to influencer, supplier and partnership collaborations.
- Monitor basic performance data and support campaign reporting.
- Keep all content aligned with a consistent luxury brand look and tone.
What the employer is looking for
- Between 1 and 2 years of experience in social media, marketing or content creation.
- A solid grasp of Instagram, TikTok and current content trends.
- Comfortable filming and editing content on a mobile device.
- Creative ability in photography, styling and storytelling.
- Strong organisation, initiative and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Genuine interest in luxury brands, hospitality, weddings or events.
- Some understanding of paid social advertising would be an advantage.
- Experience with Canva, CapCut or Adobe Creative Suite is preferred.
