About Later

Later is a leading influencer marketing company dedicated to empowering brands to create impactful campaigns. Leveraging AI-powered technology, extensive social interaction data, and expert insights, Later helps brands confidently select creators, manage campaigns, and achieve measurable growth in awareness, engagement, and revenue. Trusted by major brands like Nike, Wayfair, and Unilever, Later combines creative execution with performance metrics.

About the Role

Later is seeking talented freelance and contract creatives across North America to join its Social Media Creative Network. This network comprises trusted creative partners who contribute to various client projects on a per-project basis. We are looking for professionals skilled in design, video, copywriting, creative strategy, and content development, who excel at social-first storytelling and can deliver impactful results.

What You'll Do

  • Generate high-quality creative assets for diverse formats and social media platforms.
  • Craft content that aligns with brand identity while feeling native to social media environments.
  • Support campaign execution through design, editing, production, and overall creative development.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to transform concepts into finished products.
  • Adjust creative content based on platform-specific best practices and audience engagement patterns.
  • Contribute to campaign concepts, content series, and the overall ideation process.
  • Translate business objectives into compelling social media content.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance creative output by staying informed about platform trends and audience behavior.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative planning activities.
  • Introduce innovative ideas and fresh perspectives to content development initiatives.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of platform updates, creator trends, emerging formats, and social media behaviors.
  • Identify and leverage relevant trends and opportunities that align with brand objectives.
  • Help teams understand the reasons behind content resonance across different platforms.
  • Apply trend insights strategically and thoughtfully, avoiding mere trend-following.

Additional Information
