This position belongs to a compact marketing team responsible for shaping how the brand appears publicly. You’ll collaborate directly with the CEO and other teammates to help Gains.com become a brand that stands out in gaming and social spaces.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Social Media Coordinator who can turn ideas into timely, polished posts that feel native to the brand and help drive engagement. You’ll manage the brand’s presence across channels and contribute ideas around voice, campaigns, and future priorities.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and publish daily content for Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and X, blending gameplay moments, excitement, memes, and broader culture.
  • Serve as the main community-facing contact by responding to comments and direct messages and keeping conversations active across platforms.
  • Assist with influencer campaigns, giveaways, and content launches that spotlight new features and events.
  • Maintain an authentic, playful brand tone that stays connected to gaming culture.
  • Review engagement performance, identify what resonates, and apply insights to improve growth.
  • Monitor memes, gaming updates, and viral trends early so the brand can join the conversation at the right time.
  • Work within brand rules carefully in a regulated environment, ensuring content stays entertaining while remaining compliant.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience managing social media for a gaming, crypto, or startup brand.
  • Strong writing and storytelling ability, along with a natural sense of humor and cultural awareness.
  • Comfort using social media management and scheduling platforms.
  • Self-directed approach with the flexibility to engage in real time, including some evenings and weekends when needed.
  • Good judgment around brand voice, including what should be published and what should be avoided.

Bonus Experience

  • Exposure to gaming, crypto, or sweepstakes communities and culture.
  • Past success in growing a community or social account from an early stage.
  • Experience with influencer outreach and creator partnerships.
