Working Hours
- Day shift: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM North American Central Time
- Evening shift: 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM North American Central Time
- Overnight shift: 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM North American Central Time
- Availability is required across multiple shifts, including evenings and weekends
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and reply to audience comments on client social channels while maintaining each brand’s voice.
- Create clear, engaging copy that encourages discussion and interaction.
- Help keep online spaces respectful, safe, and consistent with client rules.
- Flag important trends, concerns, or issues to the internal team when appropriate.
- Represent client brands accurately by understanding their audience, tone, and communication strategy.
Candidate Profile
- Excellent English writing skills, including spelling, grammar, clarity, and cultural sensitivity.
- Prior experience using social platforms for moderation and engagement.
- Ability to adjust writing style and tone for different brands and audience groups.
- Comfort working with major social networks, including Facebook, and possibly client-specific account access where needed.
- Interest in a wide range of topics such as technology, retail, food, hospitality, tourism, health, and pharmaceuticals.
- Strong organization, dependability, and a customer-focused mindset.
- Reliable high-speed internet suitable for remote work.
Compensation and Benefits
- Hourly pay is CAD 15.00 to CAD 19.70, or the minimum wage in the province of residence, whichever is higher.
- Pay is determined by relevant experience, knowledge, and skills.
- Eligible hourly employees working at least 22 hours per week may receive medical, dental, RRSP, paid time off, and other benefits.
