About the Role
We are an award-winning technology recruitment company expanding across the UK, Europe, and the US, seeking a Social Media & Content Marketing Executive based in London. This position requires presence at the office three days per week and is ideal for candidates passionate about marketing and technology, particularly with skills in AI driven content creation and brand development.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the company’s LinkedIn and Instagram channels with full responsibility for strategy, content planning, copywriting, graphic design, scheduling, community engagement, and analytics.
- Develop and execute content calendars aligned with company growth activities such as new hires, awareness initiatives, events, partnerships, and campaigns.
- Engage proactively with online audiences to stimulate discussions, gather leads, and boost inbound interest.
- Provide monthly performance reports with actionable insights to enhance reach, engagement, and lead generation.
- Create and adapt content across diverse formats including social media posts, carousels, blogs, case studies, emails, one-pagers, pitch decks, and reports for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain consistent branding voice and visuals across all communications and platforms.
- Leverage AI technologies daily for drafting, researching, summarizing, repurposing content, and aiding design processes.
- Construct effective AI prompts; iteratively refining outputs for quality, tone, and brand compliance before publishing.
- Transform major content assets like events, reports, podcasts, and market data into varied content types for social and email marketing as well as website use.
- Identify and automate repetitive workflows using AI to enhance efficiency and focus resources on strategic creativity.
- Support consultants and leadership by curating LinkedIn content, creating posting schedules, and offering content templates to help build personal brands and generate leads.
- Occasionally conduct training and one-on-one coaching to optimize use of AI tools, social media, and content for business development.
- Assist with website content updates including blogs, case studies, and landing pages to ensure alignment with brand positioning and marketing campaigns.
- Propose ideas for gated content and lead magnets suitable for social and email promotion, with preference for candidates familiar with website CMS platforms.
- Track and report key social media metrics such as impressions, engagement, follower counts, clicks, leads, and consultant post performance.
- Employ AI-assisted analytics and platform insights to refine content strategies continuously.
- Stay up-to-date on social platform changes and new AI features, adopting innovations with clear commercial benefit.
Required Skills and Experience
- Demonstrable experience managing social media and content marketing specifically in recruitment, branding, or agency environments, especially on LinkedIn and Instagram.
- Exceptional copywriting capabilities with strong grammar and the skill to produce compelling posts, headlines, and short content.
- Proficiency with AI content tools such as ChatGPT and Claude, and design platforms like Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Analytical skills to interpret campaign data and derive actionable commercial insights.
- Excellent organizational skills to juggle multiple priorities, requests, and stakeholders while maintaining quality.
- Strong communication skills with confidence interfacing with senior management and consultants.
