About the Role
This position sits at the crossroads of content, community, and growth. It goes beyond a typical brand social media role and functions as a key marketing operator, driving engagement, awareness, and revenue through organic social channels, creator partnerships, and hands-on content execution. You will partner closely with the Growth Team, Creative Team, and Marketing Leadership to shape and deliver a social strategy aligned with business goals and KPIs.
What You'll Do
- Lead Natura Market’s organic presence across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn, and build a content approach that supports engagement, audience growth, and conversions.
- Plan and oversee the content calendar so it stays aligned with campaigns, product launches, and seasonal marketing moments.
- Create and help direct strong-performing content, including short-form videos, static graphics, and stories, either independently or with design and UGC/content creators, while ensuring the output fits brand standards, trends, and performance objectives.
- Manage influencer and creator partnerships from start to finish, including discovery, outreach, negotiation, relationship building, briefs, deliverables, and campaign reporting; support scalable programs such as UGC, whitelisting, and affiliate-style collaborations.
- Handle day-to-day community engagement across social channels, including comments, direct messages, and tags, while maintaining a clear and responsive brand tone and finding opportunities to engage customers, creators, and relevant communities.
- Measure social and influencer performance, interpret what is working, adjust where needed, and collaborate with the Growth Team to repurpose strong organic and creator content for paid media.
Experience You're Expected to Bring
- At least 3 to 5+ years of experience in social media, content, or influencer marketing, ideally within eCommerce or DTC brands.
- A solid grasp of how Instagram and TikTok work and what drives reach, engagement, and growth on each platform.
- Hands-on experience managing creator or influencer partnerships from initial outreach through to campaign completion.
- Ability to create or direct short-form video content, including UGC-style and brand-led formats.
Preferred Experience
- Exposure to paid social campaigns and/or content whitelisting.
- Working knowledge of video editing tools such as CapCut or Premiere.
- Experience using affiliate or creator management platforms.
- Familiarity with wellness, food, or lifestyle product categories.
