Role overview
Spire is looking for an early-career marketing professional to join its Growth Marketing and Go-To-Market team in Munich. In this role, you will help plan, create, coordinate, and improve content and social media work that supports brand visibility and audience engagement. You will collaborate with experienced marketers and teams across the business in a fast-moving space technology environment.
What you will do
- Support the creation and rollout of content for digital and offline touchpoints, including the website, blog, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and events.
- Draft social posts, help shape video scripts, repurpose existing content, and maintain editorial calendars.
- Assist with social publishing, asset uploads, comment monitoring, and channel performance tracking.
- Create or adapt visual and short-form video materials using templates and marketing design tools.
- Turn technical input from internal teams into clear, simple, and engaging messaging with guidance from senior colleagues.
- Help prepare campaign assets such as email copy drafts, landing page text, visuals, videos, and social campaign content.
- Assist with short video production tasks such as trimming clips, adding captions, selecting visuals, and preparing drafts for review.
- Monitor industry conversations, review competitor activity, and support community engagement activities.
- Collect channel data, prepare basic reports, and share insights to help improve performance.
- Work with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Marketing Ops teams to keep content aligned, organized, and on-brand.
Requirements
- Strong background or extensive experience in content creation, social media, or digital marketing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Journalism, or a related field.
- Ability to write compelling copy in both German and English; additional languages are a plus.
- Working familiarity with LinkedIn and/or YouTube.
- Interest in storytelling, technology, and space or aerospace topics.
- Exposure to simple design or video tools such as Canva, Adobe Express, or AI-assisted platforms.
- Comfort with receiving feedback, learning quickly, and taking on more responsibility over time.
- Well organized, proactive, and able to handle work in a fast-paced international setting.
- Experience in B2B or tech environments is advantageous.
- Early experience with analytics tools such as HubSpot or built-in platform analytics is a plus.
- Curiosity about AI-based content tools is beneficial.
Additional information
This role follows a hybrid working model and requires at least three days per week in the office. Access to US export-controlled software or technology may be needed; if so, Spire will arrange the required licenses and applicants do not need to have them in advance.
