Job description

Role Overview

This is a full-time, office-based opportunity in Dubai for a creative and trend-aware Social Media & Content Executive. The position focuses on building brand visibility through content creation, community management, influencer partnerships, and event support across several lifestyle and jewelry brands.

You will work mainly across The Charm Bar, a waterproof custom charm concept built around self-expression, and Aglaiia Permanent Jewelry, a welded fine jewelry experience. You may also provide occasional support to Aglaiia Waterproof Jewelry, a minimalist non-tarnish jewelry brand that is currently paused.

The role suits someone who is deeply engaged with social media, fashion, jewelry, and lifestyle content, and who understands what performs well on Instagram and TikTok. You should be comfortable spotting trends early, using trending audio and formats effectively, and independently taking content from idea to final publication.

Only applicants who meet the stated criteria will be reviewed. To be considered, you must have 2 to 4 years of practical experience in social media and content creation, a valid UAE driving license, access to a car, your own UAE residency visa, and availability for a full-time role in Dubai. Company sponsorship is not offered.

What You Will Do

  • Build and oversee content calendars for Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant channels.
  • Monitor platform updates, viral trends, trending sounds, and popular content styles.
  • Develop content ideas that match each brand’s visual identity and tone.
  • Film, shoot, edit, and publish content such as reels, stories, TikToks, carousels, product styling pieces, lifestyle posts, and behind-the-scenes footage.
  • Capture and produce content during launches, activations, collaborations, and events.
  • Handle daily community interactions by replying to comments, direct messages, tags, and reposts.
  • Coordinate with influencers and creators before, during, and after collaborations.
  • Support product shoots, partnerships, special projects, and brand launches.
  • Maintain organized content assets and libraries for future use.
  • Assist with event setup, logistics, and live coverage whenever needed.
  • Work directly with the Founder and Commercial Director on content, influencer, and brand-led initiatives.

Requirements

  • 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in social media management and content production.
  • Strong working knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and current platform trends.
  • Advanced ability to edit video using tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar software.
  • Confidence in shooting high-quality content on a smartphone while keeping a professional standard.
  • Strong interest in fashion, jewelry, beauty, lifestyle, and social media culture.
  • Consistent awareness of creators, viral content, trending audio, and emerging formats.
  • Comfortable being on camera and directing others during content creation.
  • Good visual sense with an eye for aesthetics, storytelling, and brand consistency.
  • Well-organized, self-driven, and capable of managing several tasks at once.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment.
  • Willingness to occasionally work evenings, weekends, and public holidays when required.
  • Valid UAE driving license and access to a car.
  • Valid UAE residency visa, as sponsorship is not available.
