Role Overview

This position sits within a fast-moving, collaborative environment and is centered on planning, creating, and delivering engaging social content that strengthens the brand across several platforms. The role supports multiple product areas, including womenswear, menswear, beauty, accessories, shoes, and home. It reports to the Senior Social Media Manager and combines social strategy, content production, and community engagement. This is a fixed-term role to cover maternity leave.

Key Duties

  • Partner with the Senior Social Media Manager to deliver social-led content that expands online communities, boosts engagement, and supports commercial goals.
  • Produce attention-grabbing still and video assets for social channels such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and newer platforms.
  • Capture, edit, and finish high-quality photo and video content for both organic posts and paid campaigns.
  • Schedule and publish content across several social accounts while keeping output aligned with brand rules, campaign goals, and brand voice.
  • Contribute ideas for campaigns, content schedules, and social calendar planning.
  • Track trends, platform changes, and cultural moments to spot opportunities for timely, shareable content.
  • Work with on-camera talent, influencers, brand collaborators, and internal teams to develop social-first content from concept to final delivery.
  • Help manage day-to-day audience interaction and community conversations.
  • Coordinate with Marketing, PR, Buying, Creative, Operations, and E-commerce teams to support campaign delivery and brand storytelling across social.
  • Assist with reporting, performance review, and content refinement to improve results and audience response.

Candidate Profile

  • You should have at least 3 years of experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing.
  • A strong portfolio is needed, showing social-first work in photography, video, and creative storytelling.
  • Advanced Adobe Premiere Pro skills and solid working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite are required.
  • You need hands-on experience producing polished photo and video content from concept through execution.
  • Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and broader social media best practices, audience habits, and emerging trends is important.
  • Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling ability is essential.
  • Experience guiding talent and contributors to create platform-appropriate content is desirable.
  • You should be able to think creatively and develop new content ideas and campaign concepts that support brand and business priorities.
  • The role suits someone who is highly organised, self-driven, and comfortable balancing several priorities in a busy environment.
  • A sharp eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality content are important.
  • You should be comfortable using social analytics and performance data to shape future content decisions.
