About the Role

Our social media team crafts cross-channel strategies to showcase our brands and personalities online, creating content that increases reach, attention, and brand loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- Create content related to individuals, brands, and the company as a whole.
- Handle photography, editing, video production, cutting, scripting, and concept development.
- Develop and enhance social media profiles for people, brands, and the company.
- Plan and manage various social media channels.
- Oversee advertising campaigns and manage associated budgets.
- Analyze key performance indicators to assess effectiveness.
- Conduct trend analyses and generate new ideas.
Candidate Profile
- Strong passion for social media and creativity, with an excellent sense of storytelling, trends, and content tailored to platforms.
- Several years of experience producing social media content that achieves reach and draws attention.
- Proficient in standard editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve, with the ability to produce professional photo, audio, and video content.
- Insight into relevant social media platforms, including their audiences, algorithms, and content formats, enabling creation of truly valuable material.
- Preferably holds a degree in business, marketing, or a related field, although strong practical skills and creativity are most important.
- Fluent German native-level speaker and very good command of English.
