Role overview
Insight Global is seeking a proactive and imaginative content creator to craft short-form video for Instagram and TikTok for a women’s boxer brand. This role is central to building the brand’s social presence and will work directly with the Social Media Director to execute campaign ideas, product launches, and storytelling content.
The ideal candidate is deeply familiar with social media culture, keeps up with what is trending, and is comfortable appearing on camera as well as filming and editing behind it.
Key responsibilities
- Produce Instagram Reels and TikTok videos on a monthly basis.
- Work from existing creative directions or develop new concepts that support campaigns, product releases, and current social trends.
- Capture and edit video content that highlights products, brand narratives, and lifestyle moments.
- Regularly suggest fresh video ideas inspired by trending audio and popular formats.
- Coordinate closely with the Social Media Director to keep all content aligned with brand voice and overall strategy.
Skills and experience
- Solid understanding of trends on TikTok and Instagram.
- Comfortable using basic editing tools such as CapCut, InShot, or similar apps.
- Prior experience creating social-first video content for brands.
- Strong creativity with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Compensation and schedule
This is a paid role at $25 to $35 per hour, with an expected commitment of 20 to 25 hours per week.
