Job description
About the role
This is a hands-on social media position covering four different Australia-based brands: a community badminton club, a multicultural community-events organisation, an Australian technology company, and a new B2B debt-recovery business. The work is aimed at Australian audiences, so familiarity with Australian English and local tone is important. The role includes some overlap with Australian Eastern time.
Unlike a typical one-brand social media job, this position gives you responsibility for multiple voices and audiences. If you enjoy moving quickly, using AI and Canva to produce content efficiently, and shaping a brand’s presence from an early stage, this role offers that opportunity. There is a base salary along with a performance bonus of up to INR 1.5 lakh per year, linked to consistent publishing, stronger engagement, and enquiries generated for the commercial brands.
About the company
FifthArk creates practical systems for service businesses and sports operators that fit into the tools they already use. The goal is to reduce complexity rather than add more systems, dashboards, or onboarding steps. The products are designed to work quietly in the background while making day-to-day operations lighter and easier.
The company focuses on two main groups: service businesses dealing with repetitive inbox work, and sports or community organisations still handling programs, payments, and events manually.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, create, schedule, and publish posts, reels, and graphics across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn for all four brands.
- Build visuals such as graphics, thumbnails, banners, and promotional assets in Canva while staying true to each brand’s style.
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude to draft content quickly, then refine it so the final output feels fully human.
- Write content in each brand’s own voice and keep messaging consistent over time.
- Adapt a single idea into multiple formats and platforms without making the output feel repetitive.
- Maintain a weekly content calendar and keep publishing on schedule.
- Monitor comments and direct messages, respond where appropriate, and escalate sensitive issues.
- Promote the B2B brand in relevant groups and create professional LinkedIn content for it.
- Track performance metrics and focus more effort on content that delivers results.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of relevant experience.
- Ability to work from 4:30 am to 1:30 pm Indian Standard Time to align with the company’s Australia-based working hours.
- A portfolio showing content personally created, including reels, graphics, and posts.
- Comfortable using AI tools as part of the workflow and able to explain how those tools are used.
- Capable of independently managing the social media function without constant supervision.
- Strong sense of design, tone, and brand differentiation across multiple voices.
- Bonus advantage if you have video editing experience or have worked with B2B, professional, community, sports, or events-related brands.
Perks
- 5-day work week.
- Performance bonus of up to INR 1.5 lakh per year, based on consistency, engagement growth, and lead generation.
