Position Summary
This hybrid role merges content creation and influencer marketing coordination. The selected candidate will generate original social media content and administer the influencer program by managing creator outreach, product gifting, performance tracking, and relationship development within the creator community.
Core Responsibilities
- Plan, film, and edit native content for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels & Stories, Pinterest, and emerging social channels.
- Appear confidently on camera as a content star when required.
- Manage a weekly content schedule integrating product launches, cultural moments, trends, and continual posts.
- Produce behind-the-scenes, product-focused, styling, and lifestyle content in both studio and on-location settings.
- Edit vertical video using tools like CapCut or Premiere, incorporating sound design, timing, captions, and effects.
- Monitor and apply social media trends, relevant sounds, and formats to align with brand voice and aesthetics.
- Coordinate daily operations of the influencer and gifting initiative through Shopmy, including sourcing, vetting, and nurturing creator relationships.
- Organize product seeding efforts and develop creative briefs for influencers.
- Maintain an up-to-date creator relationship management database, documenting contacts, historical collaborations, results, and suitability.
- Oversee recurring creator partnerships and scout new influencers aligned with brand identity.
- Ensure timely delivery and adherence to briefs for influencer content, following up to confirm postings.
- Measure and analyze the impact of company-generated social content and influencer campaigns through metrics such as reach, engagement, saves, sends, click-through rates, earned media value, and attributable sales.
- Create monthly summaries reviewing successful strategies, shortcomings, and recommendations for future tests.
- Utilize Dash Hudson software for social analytics and insights.
Candidate Requirements
- Two to four years' expertise in social media content creation, influencer marketing, or combined roles, preferably within fashion or creator-centered businesses.
- A portfolio showcasing personally shot and edited native short-form videos (links or reels requested).
- Deep fluency in TikTok and Instagram platforms, including trend anticipation and platform-specific content language.
- Practical experience managing influencer or gifting programs encompassing outreach, briefing, contracts, and tracking.
- Strong organizational skills capable of multitasking over ten creator relationships and maintaining a content calendar accurately.
- Exceptional written communication skills adaptable for creators, agents, and internal stakeholders.
Desirable Skills
- Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms such as Grin, Aspire, CreatorIQ, Later Influence, Tribe Dynamics, or ShopMy.
- Experience in UGC casting and handling creative communities.
- Basic photography or on-set production knowledge.
- Graphic design proficiency using Figma, Canva, or Adobe Suite.
- Understanding of creator contract negotiations and FTC disclosure regulations.
- Competence with tracking mechanisms including codes, UTM parameters, and attribution methods.
