Role Summary

This is a full-time, on-site position in Dubai for a Social Media Content Creator. The person in this role will develop, produce, and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube to highlight properties, market developments, and the H Square brand.

What You Will Do

You will be responsible for planning content, capturing and editing short videos, crafting copy for posts and captions, scheduling uploads, and tracking performance to improve engagement and reach. The role also calls for close coordination with the sales and marketing teams so that content supports active campaigns. You may also need to attend property viewings and events to create on-site content, while keeping up with current social media trends in the Dubai real estate space.

Working Style

The position requires a steady brand voice and consistent visual style across all content. You will also interact with comments and direct messages in a professional and timely manner.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience creating content for social platforms, particularly Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook.
• Strong ability to shoot and edit videos using CapCut or comparable editing tools.
• Clear English writing skills for captions and social copy; knowledge of additional languages is considered beneficial.
• Good understanding of social analytics, audience growth methods, and ways to improve content performance.
• Interest in, or familiarity with, Dubai real estate, property promotion, or lifestyle content in the UAE market.
• A creative approach, strong attention to detail, and the ability to develop new ideas that support business goals.
• Comfort working on-site and creating content both behind and in front of the camera when needed.
• Good planning and time-management skills with the ability to manage several tasks and deadlines.
• A team-oriented mindset and the ability to work effectively with marketing, sales, and leadership teams.
• A diploma or degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, Design, or a similar field is preferred, though not required if you have strong relevant experience.

Eligibility

Candidates with proven social media content creation experience who are willing to work on-site in Dubai and collaborate across teams are encouraged to apply. Applicants with relevant education are preferred, but equivalent practical experience is also acceptable.
