Role Overview

This part-time position is for a Social Media Content Creator supporting Dominique. The role centers on planning, producing, and publishing social-first content such as visuals, videos, and caption copy that builds brand awareness and strengthens engagement with followers. The person in this role will work with the marketing team to shape coordinated campaigns and digital content strategies.

What You’ll Do

• Create and manage content for social platforms, including photos, short-form videos, and written captions.
• Support the development of digital campaigns that stay aligned with the brand’s voice and marketing goals.
• Work closely with the marketing team to build cohesive content plans and promotional efforts.
• Use platform trends and audience behavior to improve reach and engagement.
• Contribute creative ideas that highlight the brand’s beauty products and visual identity.

Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate has experience producing compelling content for social media and understands how to communicate effectively through both visuals and copy. Familiarity with beauty-industry trends and social platform algorithms is important. Strong photography and videography abilities are needed, along with clear communication skills, good collaboration habits, and the ability to work independently. Graphic design experience and comfort using design tools are considered an advantage. A genuine interest in beauty and cosmetics is also expected.

Compensation

The position pays $20 per hour.
