What you will do

  • Develop, plan, and produce social media content that is engaging, polished, and aligned with the hotel’s style.
  • Work closely with photographers, videographers, and creative teams to capture and build compelling content for digital channels.
  • Shape and maintain a social media strategy that supports the property’s commercial and brand objectives.
  • Create content plans that reflect the company’s identity and keep messaging consistent across platforms.
  • Write, edit, and publish social posts while ensuring steady audience engagement and strong day-to-day content output.
  • Build and manage the social media calendar for hotel and F&B accounts in line with key messages, promotions, and marketing plans.
  • Respond to audience questions and messages in a timely and professional way.
  • Track social media trends and update practices based on emerging platform best practices.
  • Recommend adjustments to improve social performance and campaign effectiveness.
  • Identify promotional opportunities such as influencer partnerships, marketing collaborations, and brand activations.
  • Propose social campaign ideas and activations that strengthen brand engagement and support revenue growth.
  • Keep all content and campaign activity aligned with brand standards and guidelines.
  • Plan and deliver both short-term and long-term campaign objectives, including KPI setting and progress management.
  • Coordinate with operational teams on F&B, Rooms, and Spa packages and promotions.
  • Perform social media audits, recommend improvements, and present performance updates to hotel management.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience in social media content creation and content planning.
  • Ability to produce attention-grabbing content for hospitality social channels.
  • Experience collaborating with photographers, videographers, and creative professionals.
  • Capability to manage a high volume of daily social media posts.
  • Strong understanding of brand-consistent communication and social media strategy.
  • Comfort with writing and editing social posts for different platforms.
  • Ability to engage audiences and handle community responses promptly.
  • Awareness of current social media trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Experience supporting campaigns, activations, and promotional partnerships.
  • Ability to conduct audits, review performance, and recommend actionable improvements.
  • Strong coordination skills for working with cross-functional hotel departments.
