Role Overview

The Social Media Content Creator role is a full-time, onsite position located in Coimbatore. The role requires planning, producing, and distributing various types of content — including photos, videos, and written material — on multiple social media platforms to effectively display the studio’s portfolio and engage both existing and potential clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and shoot short-form visual content such as photos and videos that align with the studio’s brand.
• Edit images and videos using tools like Canva, Lightroom, or mobile apps to ensure polished and cohesive visuals.
• Write engaging captions and social posts tailored to platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and Reels.
• Manage content schedules, publish posts, and monitor interactions including comments and messages.
• Collaborate with the studio team to develop content themes supporting campaigns and promotions.
• Maintain brand consistency across all social media channels.
• Track basic performance metrics to evaluate reach and engagement, proposing improvements for higher impact.

Candidate Qualifications

• Proven ability to plan and craft social media content involving photography, videos, and well-written captions.
• Familiarity and skill with basic photo and video editing software or apps to produce on-brand content.
• Knowledge of social media trends, effective use of hashtags, and audience engagement strategies.
• Excellent English writing skills with a family-friendly and approachable tone.
• Strong organizational and time management capabilities to handle content calendars and deadlines efficiently.
• Comfortable interacting with children and families during shoots while maintaining professionalism and patience.
• Previous experience in social media management or related creative roles is advantageous.
