About the Role

Join Content Chef, a dynamic content marketing agency based in Cheltenham, for a 2 to 3-month temporary contract as a Social Media Content Creator. This part-time position involves approximately 17.5 hours per week (about 2.5 days) with a flexible hybrid working arrangement. You'll work primarily from home but must attend the Cheltenham office or client locations 1-2 days a week.

Content Chef produces creative content for a diverse range of clients, including steakhouses, global cocktail brands, technology firms, and charities. We seek a visual content creator who is energetic, trend-focused, and proactive, capable of delivering engaging social media material that instantly grabs attention.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead social media content creation for lifestyle and beverage brands, ensuring content remains fresh, engaging, and timely.
• Represent clients on camera, confidently featuring in TikTok videos and Instagram Reels.
• Proactively source suitable locations and local lifestyle faces, leveraging your network to assemble dynamic group content.
• Produce visually compelling mobile video and photo clips, performing quick edits using tools such as CapCut or Adobe Premiere.
• Identify emerging TikTok and Instagram trends early and create content that capitalizes on these before they peak.

Candidate Requirements

• Available for an immediate start and willing to commit to the 2-3 month rolling contract.
• High-energy, outgoing personality with a genuine passion for being on camera.
• Excellent eye for visual composition, lighting, and framing in video and photography.
• Experience or strong interest in food, beverage, or hospitality sectors.
• Strong organizational skills to coordinate shoots and gather necessary talent and assets.
• Ability to travel easily to Cheltenham and nearby locations for 1-2 shoot days weekly.
