Role overview
Curate Kitchen Pte Ltd is seeking a creative, self-driven Social Media & Content Creation Intern to help shape the brand presence of its catering and cafeteria business. The role focuses on producing attention-grabbing content for digital channels, highlighting food, events, customer experiences, offers, and day-to-day behind-the-scenes activity.
The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in food, current social media trends, photography, videography, and storytelling through content.
Content creation
- Produce photos, videos, and graphics for regular social media posts.
- Take food photography and videography for catering events, cafeterias, promotional activities, and product introductions.
- Create short videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, and LinkedIn.
- Support the design of marketing collaterals, digital posters, and promotional creatives.
- Build content calendars that match campaign plans and business goals.
Social media management
- Plan, publish, and manage content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, as well as the website and blog.
- Track comments, messages, audience engagement, and customer responses.
- Keep up with emerging trends, viral formats, and platform-specific best practices.
- Suggest fresh ideas to improve engagement and strengthen brand visibility.
Catering and event coverage
- Attend catering functions, tastings, activations, and launches to capture live content.
- Create event summaries, customer testimonials, and behind-the-scenes visuals.
- Support promotional campaigns and launch-related activities.
Branding and marketing support
- Help execute campaigns for corporate catering, event catering, cafeteria operations, seasonal promotions, and new product launches.
- Carry out competitor and market research.
- Help maintain a consistent brand image across all channels.
Analytics and reporting
- Monitor content performance and engagement data.
- Prepare monthly updates on social media growth and campaign outcomes.
- Share suggestions to improve future content performance.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Communication, Digital Media, Design, Hospitality, or a related discipline.
- Strong enthusiasm for social media, food, hospitality, and content creation.
- Comfortable using Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Working knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (preferred), CapCut, and other video editing tools.
- Good skills in photography and videography.
- Strong written and spoken communication abilities.
- Creative mindset, proactive attitude, and willingness to learn.
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
