Role Overview

Curate Kitchen Pte Ltd is looking for a Pantry Runner to support institutional catering operations across multiple pantry points in Singapore. The role focuses on keeping beverage machines stocked, clean, and functioning well for daily team use.

Machine Coverage

You will be responsible for 25 Nestlé beverage machines spread across 17 locations. This includes completing two daily rounds, one in the morning and one in the afternoon, to inspect and service all sites.

Core Duties

  • Top up each machine with the required ingredients, including Milo, Nescafé, Coffee Mate, Soy Milk, and Teh Tarik.
  • Make sure ingredient canisters are fitted correctly and kept clean to prevent blockages.
  • Check that the machines are operating normally and are ready for use.
  • Carry out daily cleaning of the machines by wiping external surfaces and clearing any spills or residue.
  • Perform basic internal cleaning when needed, such as removing used waste containers and rinsing parts according to the required procedure.
  • Keep all machines hygienic and neat for Micron team members.
  • Track stock levels for ingredients such as tea and sugar and replenish them before shortages occur.
  • Maintain simple daily usage records and alert the manager when more stock needs to be ordered.
  • Store supplies tidily and safely in the assigned areas.
  • Report defects, breakdowns, leaks, error codes, or heating issues immediately so servicing can be arranged quickly.
  • Follow up on repair progress and keep the team updated if any machine remains out of service.
  • Help keep pantry spaces clean and orderly.
  • Support any other pantry-related tasks assigned by the manager.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have prior exposure to vending machine servicing, beverage machine support, facilities work, or pantry operations. You should be comfortable with basic troubleshooting and simple maintenance, physically able to carry and refill beverage ingredients, and capable of handling machine cleaning and hygiene tasks independently. The role also requires the ability to monitor inventory, maintain basic daily records, report faults promptly, and follow through on repair updates. Strong responsibility, punctuality, independent working ability, good time management, and attention to cleanliness are important. Willingness to take on ad-hoc pantry duties is also expected.

This is a full-time, onsite position based in Singapore.
