Role Overview and Responsibilities

As a Social Media & Community Manager, you will work at the nexus of content, branding, community engagement, and experimentation. You will shape how Ema is perceived globally and foster a strong community of enterprise leaders redefining work with AI through various channels.

  • Expand Ema’s LinkedIn audience from 130,000 to over 200,000 through bold, creative storytelling and optimized advertising spend with a focus on the ideal customer profile.
  • Maintain a consistent four-week content calendar covering social media, blogs, newsletters, and other channels.
  • Produce or edit one blog weekly by collaborating with engineers, designers, and leadership to accelerate content delivery.
  • Partner with design teams to transform existing materials such as whitepapers, interviews, and videos into diverse formats like carousels, short videos, and newsletters for brand consistency.
  • Continuously test and refine existing content distribution channels while exploring new platforms such as YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, and others to grow social presence.
  • Monitor performance metrics and execute strategic, creative experiments.
  • Drive unified messaging across the website, social media, blogs, and newsletters.
  • Support the launch and promotion of CAIO Academy / AgentSchool as premier resources for enterprise AI transformation.
  • Assist in drafting newsletters, creating content snippets, and managing the ABT microsite.
  • Help facilitate Ema’s events including roundtables, community sessions, hackathons, and more.
  • Track and analyze key success indicators such as reach, engagement, and business pipeline contributions.
  • Develop and manage the private community of senior enterprise AI leaders, 'Agents of Change by Ema', aiming to grow the group to over 500 members within six months.
  • Provide valuable content, conduct polls, curate insights, and gather user feedback to influence thought leadership.
  • Build and nurture relationships with the ideal customer profile consisting of enterprise executives, CAIOs, and operators.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing and Sales to convert community engagement into business opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum five years’ experience in B2B technology social media, community management, or marketing roles.
  • Prior experience in artificial intelligence is highly preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in writing and editing across diverse formats, including business and technical subjects.
  • Ability to convert longer-form content such as blogs or videos into multiple effective social media and LinkedIn assets.
  • A deep understanding of social media trends and AI/technology industry developments.
  • Experience with content formats like carousels, threads, short videos, and event highlights.
  • Insight into what motivates executives and operators within enterprises and how to engage them effectively.
  • Engagement within AI and enterprise technology circles and conversations.
  • Ability to work independently with agility and thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
  • A creative portfolio demonstrating broad range and originality, even if informal.
