- Set up clear publishing schedules, workflows, and approval steps that improve efficiency and coordination across teams.
- Develop branded social posts and digital creative in Canva or similar tools while keeping visuals aligned with brand standards.
- Review social media metrics and audience activity to spot patterns, improve the content approach, and support growth.
- Monitor and report key indicators such as engagement, reach, follower growth, conversions, retention, campaign outcomes, and social ROI.

- Research audiences, review competitors, and track industry trends to uncover opportunities for stronger reach and brand awareness.
- Stay current on platform changes, algorithm shifts, and best practices so strategies remain effective and competitive.
- Partner with Sales, Recruiting, Leadership, Operations, and Customer Service to support campaigns, events, business goals, and company branding.
- Contribute to reputation management and community engagement efforts that improve brand perception and audience relationships.
- Look for ways to streamline processes, introduce automation, and improve workflows within the social media function.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, brand marketing, or a closely related area.
- Hands-on experience creating social strategies that deliver audience growth, higher engagement, and measurable business outcomes.
- Solid knowledge of social analytics, reporting, audience insights, and content optimization.
- Experience planning content calendars, campaign timelines, and social workflows.
- Ability to use Canva and social media tools such as Meta Business Suite, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of platform algorithms, growth tactics, content performance, and engagement improvement.
- Excellent organization and project management skills, with the ability to handle several campaigns and deadlines at once.
- A data-first mindset with the ability to turn analytics into practical strategy and action plans.
- Comfort working across departments and presenting performance updates to leadership.
- Strong written, spoken, and visual communication skills, plus a sharp eye for branding, design, and content quality.
