Collaboration with regional teams will ensure national campaigns are effectively customized for local markets, incorporating trending and ambassador-led content. The ideal candidate will be a proactive trendsetter thriving in a fast-paced and results-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Stay informed on social media trends and platform guideline changes to keep content updated and relevant.
  • Drive increased engagement and follower growth across all social platforms.
  • Lead social listening and community management efforts to facilitate dialogue that fosters brand loyalty and uncovers consumer trends.
  • Manage social media content calendars and coordinate internal teams for aligned planning.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to produce platform-optimized written and visual content that aligns with current social media practices and content trends.
  • Translate complex clinical and medical skincare information into clear, engaging social media content that maintains brand credibility.
  • Develop compelling hooks and original content ideas during monthly strategy sessions.
  • Build and nurture the brand community through initiatives such as giveaways, influencer partnerships, creator and ambassador programs.
  • Provide social media onboarding and support through monthly training and office hours for 61+ clinic teams.
  • Analyze key metrics like link clicks and likes to evaluate campaign success and direct future social media activities.
  • Monitor competitor activity and marketplace trends to inform strategy.
  • Optimize internal content production workflows and handle special projects as needed.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of a high school diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred in a related discipline.
  • At least two years of experience in social media marketing, preferably within national consumer brands.
  • Prior work in the beauty, medical aesthetics, or a closely related industry is strongly favored.
  • Skillful in social media content creation encompassing writing, design, and video production.
  • Proficiency in mobile-first video creation such as short-form videos, reels, TikToks, and edits, with an eye for premium visual storytelling.
  • Familiarity with video editing tools and content scheduling platforms.
  • Ability to analyze marketing performance data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Exceptional organizational skills capable of managing multiple social channels and meeting deadlines effectively.
  • Comfortable working autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-moving environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to coordinate across diverse teams and external partners.
  • Experienced in community engagement and able to maintain composure during high-pressure online interactions.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and quick to adopt new technology tools.

Physical Requirements
