About the role
Lasting Media is a creative media agency that acts as an outsourced media team for its clients. The company supports brand storytelling, content production, social media, and video work across multiple industries. As the business expands, it is looking for someone who can take on the social media side of operations and grow with the position. This is not a post-and-schedule-only job; it calls for someone who can both create content and manage the publishing calendar.
What you will do
- Partner closely with the Social Media Director and support content creation work end to end.
- Produce native content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, and YouTube Shorts for several client accounts.
- Draft captions, write short-form scripts, and design graphics in Canva.
- Organize content calendars and publish posts through Vista Social.
- Work with the video team so assets are edited and formatted correctly for each platform.
- Share ideas during creative strategy discussions and provide thoughtful feedback on what is and is not performing well.
- Keep up with platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging content trends.

- Working knowledge of Canva and the ability to learn Vista Social quickly.

Work setup
