Role Overview

In this role, you will lead the execution of content across social media platforms, short and long-form videos, podcasts, and training videos. You will manage the editorial calendar, oversee the deliverables, and be responsible for tracking performance metrics. You will craft content tailored specifically for LinkedIn, X, and email communications. Additionally, you will edit engaging videos to ensure high viewer retention and implement AI-assisted processes to accelerate production without compromising originality.

This position integrates AI at its core, requiring daily utilization of AI tools for ideation, scripting, editing, content repurposing, and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end social content operations, including planning, publishing, and performance analysis.
• Create platform-appropriate written content for LinkedIn, X, and email newsletters.
• Edit both short-form and long-form videos for marketing efforts and thought leadership pieces.
• Handle all stages of podcast post-production, including clipping and distribution.
• Develop and edit training videos for both internal stakeholders and clients.
• Design and refine reusable AI-powered workflows for scripting, video editing, and content repurposing.
• Maintain consistency in brand voice and uphold high-quality standards across all content output.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in social content creation, video editing, or multi-channel content management.
• Proven track record in managing publishing workflows and meeting deadlines independently.
• Strong writing skills tailored to LinkedIn, X, and email newsletter formats.
• Experience with editing educational or training video content.
• Demonstrable experience in integrating AI toolsets into daily content creation processes.
• Excellent written communication and asynchronous work habits suited to a remote team environment.

A portfolio showcasing your work is mandatory. Applications lacking samples covering LinkedIn, X, email newsletters, and video editing for both short and long videos will not be considered.

Work Schedule and Technical Requirements

• Fully remote position requiring overlap with Eastern Time zone from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
• Technical setup must include a wired internet connection with minimum 100 Mbps speed, a computer with Intel Core i7, Ryzen 7, or Apple Silicon processor, 16GB RAM, 256GB free storage, Windows 11 or current macOS, 1080p webcam, quality microphone, and backup power and internet solutions.

Hiring Process

The selection includes application and portfolio review, a two-hour practical assessment, an interview with the hiring manager, followed by a final discussion with leadership.
