We seek a skilled and enthusiastic Social Media and Marketing Coordinator to enhance our marketing efforts and engage our audience effectively.
Job Responsibilities
- Produce daily stories and reels featuring both surgical and non-surgical content that align with brand identity and resonate with our target demographic.
- Implement treatments and special offers within the rewards app, accompanied by appropriate graphic design.
- Maintain the skin care website by updating pricing, product stock, and current discounts regularly.
- Design and distribute 2-3 monthly newsletters utilizing ConstantContact, incorporating the Marketing Director's strategic guidance and approval.
- Manage photo inventory including uploads, gallery curation, and orderly content management.
- Offer live assistance during events to support marketing activities.
- Handle patient communications received through social media platforms and enter incoming leads into the CRM for timely follow-up.
- Capture high-quality pre-operative and post-operative photographs and videos for patients undergoing surgical and non-surgical treatments.
- Record video testimonials to reinforce patient experiences and trust.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Director to analyze campaign metrics and adapt marketing strategies accordingly.
- Understand and manage the leads process, pricing structures, and treatment options to effectively support prospective patients.
- Develop and execute multifaceted marketing initiatives aimed at strengthening brand presence and service promotion.
- Grow and engage followers across major social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Create, select, and edit multimedia promotional materials tailored for diverse marketing channels.
- Plan and implement various marketing campaigns including email outreach, digital advertising, and promotional events.
- Monitor campaign performances using analytics and refine strategies to optimize results.
- Coordinate with internal teams to maintain consistent branding and messaging.
- Organize and support events, webinars, and local community engagement programs.
- Stay informed on current industry trends and best practices in marketing and social media management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related discipline.
- Minimum two years of marketing experience, ideally in healthcare or aesthetic fields.
- Proficiency with social media platforms and related digital tools.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to devise innovative marketing ideas consistent with brand tone.
- Strong organizational capabilities and experience in project management.
- Familiarity with video editing software such as Premiere or CapCut.
- Experience using Canva for design projects.
- Knowledge of SEO and web analytics is advantageous.
Benefits and Work Schedule
- Competitive hourly wage ranging from $28 to $33.
- Full-time schedule, working 30-40 hours weekly, Monday through Friday, with occasional one Saturday filming per month.
