Social Media and Marketing Coordinator

Role Overview

Allies Management is seeking an experienced full-time Social Media and Marketing Coordinator to join our team located in Albion, Brisbane. This position offers a dynamic work environment supporting a diverse range of service-oriented clients including marinas, hospitality venues, childcare providers, construction companies, and more. You will handle varied tasks such as scheduling social media content for a dental surgery one moment and preparing for a real estate shoot the next.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, schedule, and oversee social media content across multiple clients
• Manage client calendars, approvals, and deadlines effectively
• Collaborate with graphic designers to produce marketing materials
• Create basic marketing collateral using Canva
• Edit vertical video content using CapCut or similar editing applications
• Coordinate and participate in content photoshoots and video shoots
• Perform basic updates on websites built with Squarespace, Wix, and WordPress
• Assist with general marketing activities across client accounts

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a friendly and well-organized individual confident in managing multiple brands simultaneously without losing attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have practical experience in social media and marketing, a keen understanding of effective content creation, and initiative to keep tasks progressing smoothly.

• Position is full-time and based onsite in Albion, Brisbane with one work-from-home day per week
