About Us
We are 12minutes and ouchie: a first aid course for (expecting) parents and trendy first aid kits for families. Both are young brands with a mission that truly touches people and offer strong potential for social media growth. We are looking for someone to transform product ideas into attention-grabbing reels and help visibly expand our brands on Instagram and TikTok.
Job Details
This position is fully remote with flexible working hours. It can be chosen as part-time, mini-job, or freelance with 10-20 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Develop creative content ideas and concepts for Instagram and TikTok—ranging from hooks and scripts to storyboards—and produce reels and carousels.
- Identify emerging trends, sounds, and formats early and translate them into actionable ideas for our brands.
- Collaborate on editorial calendar planning and contribute your own innovative ideas.
- Manage community engagement and comments with enthusiasm for direct interaction.
- Optionally, depending on strengths, research and reach out to suitable creators for partnerships.
Qualifications
- Active user of Instagram and TikTok with practical knowledge of creator marketing.
- Excellent writing skills: casual, clear, charming, with strong attention to detail.
- Keen sense of aesthetics, trends, and target audiences.
- Ability to work independently, reliably, and efficiently.
- Familiarity with tools such as Canva, CapCut, Notion, or similar.
- More important than a perfect resume is the willingness to experiment, learn from data and feedback, and contribute to brand building.
