Role Overview

Vastola Construction Corp is looking for a Social Media and Content Coordinator to manage day-to-day digital content, visual storytelling, and campaign support across multiple marketing channels. This position focuses on building audience engagement, creating branded assets, and keeping social and email activity aligned with company goals.

Core Responsibilities

  • Develop, produce, and plan content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube, then schedule it for publication.
  • Take and edit strong visual content, including photos and videos of vehicles, events, customer deliveries, and behind-the-scenes moments.
  • Review engagement each day and reply quickly to comments, direct messages, and online reviews.
  • Support promotional efforts by creating visual campaigns for events, product launches, and sales initiatives.
  • Design marketing materials such as graphics, email newsletters, flyers, signage, and display advertisements.
  • Run email marketing efforts, including audience segmentation, automation setup, and layout/design work.
  • Produce print collateral including brochures, flyers, mailers, posters, door hangers, and yard signs.
  • Keep brand voice, messaging, and visual style consistent across every marketing touchpoint.
  • Measure Meta platform performance and use the data to improve content and campaign results.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager to make sure content and campaigns support wider marketing objectives.
  • Track changes in social media trends, platform features, and engagement best practices.
  • Build relationships with creators, influencers, or local community pages when it makes sense for the brand.
  • Maintain content calendars and coordinate with internal teams to gather approvals and updates.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 to 3 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or a similar role.
  • Comfort working with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or comparable design tools.
  • Strong ability to capture and edit photos and videos, whether with a smartphone or DSLR camera.
  • Clear, effective written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and good organizational habits.
  • Familiarity with website content management systems (CMS).

Compensation

Expected pay is $45,000 to $50,000 per year, depending on experience.
